The receivers of South Canterbury Finance have settled the sale of an 80% stake in Scales Corporation.
Kerryn Downey and William Black of McGrathNicol sold the stock to Direct Capital Investments for $44 million.
Direct Capital is a New Zealand-based investment firm that invests in private companies.
