Vital Healthcare Property Trust has sold its hospital laundry and sterilisation facility in Point Chevalier, Auckland, for $12.5 million.
The sale is part of the trust's strategy to sell lower value or non-core assets.
The sale should settle next month. The money will be used to repay debt.
