The company bought five businesses during the year, including Pioneer Medical, Sentry Medical, MD Solutions, LifeHealthcare and a small medical consumables distributor, which helped expand its medical consumables and medical devices distribution.

"Our double-digit revenue and earnings growth reflects a continuation of the strong first half that we announced in February 2022," EBOS chief executive John Cullity said.

"In addition, throughout the year we made investments that position the Group for continued growth in the future."

EBOS expected FY23 to be anther profitable year but with material uncertainties associated with global economic and geopolitical conditions.

Capital expenditure was also expected to remain at elevated levels as EBOS continued to focus on expansion and business upgrades.
