Hayden Duncan has been appointed as Harcourts Real Estate new New Zealand chief executive.
Mr Duncan who has been working as the chief auctioneer and national auction manager for rival firm Bayleys, takes up the role next week.
He replaces Bryan Thomson, who is now the head of Harcourt's Australasian operations.
