Job advertisements in Australia rebounded in February over the previous month.
The ANZ Job Advertisement Series shows a 19.1 per cent increase in total job ads in February from January, to a weekly average of 159,778 in seasonally adjusted terms.
The ABC reports it is a significant turnaround after an 8.1% fall in January.
The figures include jobs advertised on the internet and in major metropolitan newspapers.
Total job ads are now 27.5% higher than they were at their seasonal trough in July last year.
