Australian media company APN News and Media has sold its New Zealand online business directory Finda to the directories group, Yellow, for an undisclosed sum.
The sale includes the Finda, Wises maps, UBD and APN Data businesses.
APN bought half the Finda business in 2006 and took full control last year.
The media company said it is still committed to its online business and will keep the Finda name in Australia.
