A new fund is seeking up to $50 million through an initial public offering, to invest in New Zealand-based start ups.
The Punikaiki Fund will be managed by Lance Wiggs, the principal of Lance Wiggs Capital Management.
Mr Wiggs says the fund won't be listed on the NZX at this stage.
He says the prospectus is yet to be launched but he believes the fund will prove attractive to investors.
