Bathurst Resources is proposing to trade under a new name on the New Zealand stock exchange.
The company plans begin trading under the new name of Bathurst NZ, with a new ticker BRL, on Friday, 21 June.
The proposal is subject to a special shareholder meeting on 13 June.
The company will retain its listing on the Australian stock exchange, using the ticker BTU.
