Dorchester Pacific is back in the black, posting a full year after tax profit of $1.7 million.
That's a turnaround from the $1.6 million loss the previous year.
Earnings are also slightly ahead of earlier profit guidance of $1.6 million, though at the time the company did say it was a conservative estimate.
Dorchester said shareholder funds total $33.2 million, up from $24 million a year ago.
Looking ahead, Dorchester said it's still comfortable with profit forecasts for the current year of $6 million.
