Telecom has formed a new team to focus on potential new revenue streams as part of its reshaping the business to respond to changes in the industry.
Last month the listed company confirmed up to 1200 jobs will go as part of its attempt to cut costs to combat intense competition.
Telecom says it is making a strategic shift to become more competitive in providing services over its networks and it's not enough to just be cost competitive but it also needs to identify future revenue generating opportunities.
