A new chief executive has been appointed to the Accident Compensation Corporation.
Scott Pickering is a New Zealander who has been working overseas for Willis International, an the insurance broker.
He will take over in May from David May, who has been acting chief executive since the departure of Ralph Stewart late last year.
Mr Stewart resigned after a massive privacy breach in which the details of thousands of clients were sent to an Auckland claimant.
Last month, it was revealed Mr Stewart had received a performance bonus of $100,000 as part of his final pay.
