Zintel Group has sold one of its subsidiaries to private investors.
The company says Zintel Cogent, which sells and services telephone systems to the business market, has been bought for about $1 million.
It says the buyers already operate in the technology sector and intend expanding the business under the Cogent brand.
Zintel says it will now focus on its core profitable business of Zintel Communications and its cabling and infrastructure wiring arm, Commit Services.
