All Whites striker Kosta Barbarouses has been confirmed as Western Sydney Wanderers new signing.
Barbarouses left the Phoenix last month following his third stint with the A-League club.
The 35-year-old has signed a one year deal with Wanderers.
It will be the fifth A-League he has played for during his career.
Western Sydney Wanderers finished fourth last season and were beaten in the first round of the Finals series.
"It's a very enticing football project. I think the way the club, the players, the staff, all sort of came together last year, it was something I saw and thought I'd love to be a part of that," Barbarouses said.
"Wanderers are a very, entertaining attacking team that looks like they're very much together and they've got a good bond. And the fans, of course, are right behind them.
Wanderers Head coach Alen Stajcic was delighted to sign him.
"His experience and leadership will be a great asset to the squad," said Stajcic.
"Kosta is a professional in every sense; driven, humble, and committed to the team above all else. He embodies the character we want in our dressing room and what it means to represent Western Sydney."
