An investigation is underway into the death of a three-month-old baby girl in Masterton.
The incident was reported to police about 2pm on Thursday 2 October.
"Officers are now working to determine what exactly has occurred," police said in a statement.
The family is working with police and no one else was being sought in relation to the death.
