My Name Was Judas by CK Stead - Part 4

Judas's father tries to arrange a suitable marriage for Judas but Judas waits until his father goes travelling and changes all the arrangements so he can marry the one he loves - Judith. The blind Christian, Ptolemy, arrives in the village where the old Judas is living. From Ptolemy we hear how the Christian sect has developed and how it is continuing to 'refine' the account of events around Jesus' life and death.
