Sticking a boardroom in the bush was a lightbulb moment Kylie Rae had when the lockdown cut her off from her traditional business clients - tourists.
She turned her attention to corporates and found a way to get them beyond the four walls of the boardroom and out taking minutes under the canopy. And it's not just meetings.
Teams will go foraging, and take what Kylie calls mindful walks in the forest settings.
She and her husband Steve launched their first bush boardroom at Sanctuary Mountain Maungatautari in Waikato in 2020 and since then have expanded to two more bush boardrooms in Waitākere and Pureora - west of Lake Taupō.
