Chef and head of Nourish Group Gareth Stewart talks to Megan about the joys of bbq-ing this summer. He shares his tips for making mouth watering slow cooked cuts of meat on the outdoor grill as well what other seasonal fresh produce can be cooked on the bbq during the warmer months. He also talks about how New Zealand's chefs are holding their own internationally.
