Microgreens

Retired florist and floral designer Fionna Hill is blooming. And she's writing a book about vegetables, tiny, tiny vegetables, called Microgreens. Now microgreens can be grown in any 'bonsai' sized pot and they pack a punch of flavour.

Fionna says they contain all the vitamins you'd find in a full sized version.
David Steemson spends a delicious morning with Fionna at her small apartment with twenty pots of her favourite microgreens.
