One in Five's guest producer and presenter Amelia Nurse wraps up her three part look at sport and recreation opportunities for disabled people.

SPARC is the government agency responsible for leading and coordinating sporting and recreational activity across the country. In the recent past, SPARC in partnership with a range of disability sport organisations, had led the No Exceptions strategy. In a change of tack, SPARC has now delegated management responsibility for increasing opportunities for participation to disability sport organisations. Investment protocols have replaced direct implementation of a central strategy. Is the move making a difference? And how will we know?
