On today's programme we celebrate diversity, and we meet up with the man who helped bring about the first human rights treaty of the twenty first century. First up though, it's off to the Edinburgh of the south. Dunedin's third Celebrate Diversity week kicked off at the end of last month with a blind beer tasting. That's real blind people making the call on the various offerings from local deaf brewer Richard Emerson. And it wrapped up on international day of persons with disabilities with a performance written, directed and staged by people with intellectual impairment. Mike Gourley caught up with some of the activities in between, starting with the bowls 'have a go day'.
