Don Miskell, landscape architect and director of architecture firm Boffa Miskell, who has led the Blueprint 100 consortium and coordinated the input of each firm to produce the Blueprint Report; and Rod Marler, the design and planning manager for the Christchurch Central Development Unit who worked on the blueprint report and has led the development of the recovery plan. He is on secondment from Waterfront Auckland.
