The Chief Ombudsman is launching an investigation into the MIQ booking system after receiving a record number of complaints on a single issue. His office received 8-hundred complaints. Bryan talks to Ashwin Naidu who filed four complaints to Ombudsman and Kate, a nurse from Coromandel who left NZ in June to work as a nurse in Australia for a few weeks but soon the travel bubble closed and she has been stuck there ever since.
