The mother of three children who have been missing since the weekend with their father at a remote Waikato West Coast beach has released a statement. King Country man Thomas Phillips and his three children Jayda, Maverick and Ember aged 8, 6 and 5, have not been seen since a family gathering on Saturday. It's feared they have been swept out to sea. Their car was found on the remote Kiritehere beach on Sunday.
