On Country Life this week, Merrall MacNeille farms 50 jersey cows and each one has a name and her own stall where she is fed and milked. The Port Chalmers farmer bottles the pasturised milk and sells it under his Holy Cow brand at the Dunedin Farmers market along with butter, halloumi cheese, cream and yogurt, and is about to launch a range of ice cream.
Lately with Karyn Hay is a late night radio show on RNZ National, with an eye on live events, an ear for music, a great sense of humour and a genuine interest in people and their stories.

Indira Stewart is the host of RNZ's new 5am show First Up, and also an accomplished musician, from playing accordion competitively to placing second on NZ Idol. For The Mixtape she tells Tony Stamp about five of her favourite songs.
