The new season of American gridiron football is just about to get underway and everyone's talking about Tom Brady, champion of the New England Patriots, who ordered the footballs to be underinflated in last season's championship game, supposedly to give his team an advantage. He was suspended for four games by the National Football League, but he has appealed the suspension; and the US Open Tennis tournament is looking good once again for Serena Williams.
