Auckland soul/RnB five-piece Leisure documented their concert with the APO at Auckland’s Town Hall in 2018, and here's the video, along with RNZ Music's sound recording of the amazing concert.
The 20-minute documentary captures Leisure and the APO’s journey as they transform the Auckland group’s music into richly layered orchestral arrangements.
The band were super excited to get the opportunity to play their debut self-titled album with a 72-piece orchestra: “It was an incredible experience and a career highlight for all of us.”
Leisure are releasing their second album Twister on July 26, followed by a nationwide tour.
