Heavy rain causes flooding in Buller
Sudden heavy rain on the West Coast on Tuesday caused several slips through the Lower Buller Gorge between Inangahua Junction and Westport. Buller Mayor Jamie Cleine spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
