State of emergency declared in Selwyn after heavy rain

A state of emergency has been declared for Canterbury's Selwyn district as heavy rain and surface flooding is expected to cut off access to the Selwyn Huts community. Reporter Anna Sargent spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
