Dozens of communities still cut off post-cyclone

Communities isolated by Cyclone Gabrielle are making the best of a bad situation.

Twenty-four areas across Hawkes Bay and Tai Rāwhiti are currently cut off by road, making it difficult for essential supplies to get through.
