Christchurch looking ahead after flood hit

Christchurch is still reeling in the aftermath of a two-day downpour that swamped the city. It left landslides, flooded roads and trapped residents in its wake, even after the sun came out. The council and residents are looking at large and small-scale solutions for the future. Tessa Guest reports.
