Unanticipated flooding in Auckland has blindsided emergency management, leading to over fifty evacuations.
There's been incidents right across Auckland and the North Shore, with the bulk being in West Auckland, and up to Kumeu.
Fire Emergency New Zealand say between 9.30 pm and 4 am, they received more than 150 calls for assistance.
