Severe weather warning for West Coast

The West Coast is expecting a torrent of rain over the next 24 hours - with MetService issuing a rare 'red warning' for the region. There's a warning of flooding and risks of slips from central Westland to Buller. Reporter Jordan Bond spoke to Kim Hill.
