Weather set to cause havoc around NZ

The weather's set to cause havoc across the motu today, as a polar blast sweeps through the country. Snow and ice has already closed some roads in Te Waipounamu - the South Island and huge swells are forcast for Cook Strait, the east and southern coasts of the South Island and the Chathams.
