Huge floods force West Coast evacuations

A state of emergency is in place in the Westland District due to heavy rain and flooding. A large section of the Waiho Bridge was taken out by raging floodwaters south of the Franz Josef township. Helen Lash is a Westland District Councillor, and Ashley Cassin is the chair of the Glacier Country Tourism Group. They speak to Guyon Espiner.
