Otago flooding continues to cause problems

Flooding continues to cause problems in Otago with rivers continuing to rise. Severe weather warnings in the South Island were lifted last night as rain across the Dunedin and Clutha districts eased off. But rivers still rose and floodwaters covered some highways.
