Gisborne storm: Flooded rivers, power out, areas cut off

River levels are running high in the Gisborne area after a night of heavy rain overnight. It's just a week since flash flooding ravaged Tolaga Bay. A thousand people are without power from East Cape down to Hawkes Bay. RNZ reporter Anusha Bradley is in Tolaga Bay.
