Vector responds to Auckland power cuts

On Thursday morning, at least 55,000 Auckland properties remain without electricity after power was cut to many areas of the city following heavy rain and strong winds on Tuesday night. Vector has been working to resolve the outages, and the power company's chief executive Simon MacKenzie discusses the issues with Guyon Espiner.
