Agencies providing 'first aid' courses for suicide prevention are experiencing huge demand, with one provider having about 400 people on a waiting list for its services. The courses give participants the tools to ask the appropriate questions if they believe a client or someone they are working with is at risk of taking their own life. Ann-Marie May spoke to some of those involved.
