West Coast faces Cyclone Gita, just weeks after Fehi

MetService says the west coast of the lower North Island and the top of the South Island are in for a hammering when Gita hits. She told RNZ reporter Laura Dooney she and her family are taking the threat of Cyclone Gita very seriously. The chief executive of the West Coast Regional Council is Mike Meehan.
