Tropical storm Ophelia hits Ireland, at least three killed

Tropical storm Ophelia has now claimed three lives in the Republic of Ireland. Winds up to 170km/h have been recorded and more than 350,000 homes and businesses are without power. Ireland's Prime Minister Leo Varadkar says it is crucial people heed all the warnings.
