Frustration grows at delays to Whanganui washout repairs

Frustration is growing in Whanganui after a major washout on State Highway 4 in 2015. Mayor Hamish McDouall told RNZ reporter Robin Martin if the damage gets any worse it has the potential to cut the town in two.
