Milton has history of flooding. mayor - you can't beat nature

Residents in the Clutha town of Milton will continue living with the threat of flooding with the district's mayor saying they can't beat nature. Parts of the town have a history of floods and two families are still unable to return to their homes which were inundated yet again last weekend.
