State of Emergency in Dunedin, Waitaki, to finish 9am today

The state of emergency in Dunedin and the Waitaki District will be lifted at nine o'clock this morning. The mayor, Dave Cull, says it may be some days before dozens of families are able to get back into their homes in Taieri and Henley, south of Dunedin.
