State of emergency to be lifted from Dunedin, Waitaki at 9am

A State of Emergency that has been in place in Dunedin and Waitaki is to be lifted this morning and the areas will transition into business as usual. 130 families remain out of their homes in Taieri and Henley until floodwaters have sufficiently receded.
