Civil Defence to start evacuating low-lying coastal areas of Coromandel

Civil Defence is about to start evacuating low lying coastal areas of the Coromandel peninsula as a precaution this morning. The Thames Valley Civil Defence Controller, Garry Towler, says the civil defence centres will be open ready for the midday arrival of the storm.
