Some flood-affected Edgecumbe residents allowed to return home

Yesterday about 300 people were given 15 minutes to visit their properties and collect essentials, but the majority of the 1,600 residents of Edgecumbe remain displaced since the Rangitaiki River burst through the floodbanks.
