The Transport Agency - Waka Kotahi - says it's monitoring Auckland wind speeds minute-by-minute, to ensure it is still safe for traffic to use the damaged Harbour Bridge. Strong gusts saw it closed to commuters for about an hour this morning, before three lanes re-opened in each direction. Māni Dunlop spoke with the senior journey manager at Waka Kotahi, Neil Walker.
