The Commerce Commission has received an official complaint against Air New Zealand over its refusal to provide refunds to some passengers affected by cancelled US flights.
The airline acknowledged last month that passengers booked on flights to the US were entitled to a refund, in keeping with US law.
But Consumer NZ says those who were planning to transit through the US have not had their fares paid back.
