10:20 Hong Kong police cordon off Victoria Park on Tiananmen anniversary

Hong Kong police have shut off parts Victoria Park - where tens of thousands usually gather to commemorate China's 1989 Tiananmen Square crackdown.

Police had banned the usually annual vigil for the second  year in a row, citing Covid-19 concerns.

But residents had still planned to visit the park to pay their respects to the dead.
