10:20 Salvation Army prepares for Victoria's third lockdown
Tonight at midnight local time the Australian state of Victoria will begin its third lockdown. Premier Daniel Andrews announced the five day lockdown today following an outbreak linked to the highly infectious UK variant at a quarantine hotel that's led to at least thirteen coronavirus cases in Melbourne.
